Job Description
- Record all cash transaction in the system in the branch.
- Handle the collection for weekly and Monthly subscriptions.
- Help in achieve sales target for the branch.
- Follow up and train salesmen.
- Provide the best service for customers.
- Handle and resolve customers’ complaints.
- Help gaining new customers.
- Know all the information related to the products and provide a detailed explanation for the customers.
- Suggest and help customers to try different test.
- Represent and promote the brand with products and services at the store.
- Ensure customers' satisfaction with the products and services provided.
- Monitor team performance and motivate them to reach the desired goals.
- Receive the shipments and validate the items.
- Prepare the requirements monthly from the products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in commerce.
- Understanding of accounts flow & operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail field.
- Age From 30-39
- Customer care skills.
- Good communications , selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Leadership skills in order to manage the branch team.
- Any managerial tasks should be modify to him.
- V.Good MS office experience.
- V.Good English language.
