Senior Sales IT Account Manager

we are looking for a qualified sales account manager to join our team. you will be responsible for developing long-team relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop positive relationships with clients.
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Set and track sales account targets,aligned with company objectives.
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.Assesses client IT needs and makes recommendations, including IT equipment and service packages
• Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients.Provides technical advice after sales.
• Answers questions, describes benefits, and discusses pros and cons of various competing products or services.
• Becomes fluent in all products and services offered by the employer through testing, demonstrations, and research.
