Job Description

SALES TEAM SUPPORT:

  • Prepare the daily report for the sales team,
  • Provide clerical support to other departments,
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations,
  • Send sales targets weekly to team with required achievements,
  • Meetings records and clients data and status update
  • Cold calls targeting sellers and buyers

DEVELOPERS AND PARTNERS COORDINATION:

  • Obtain missing information or answer queries,
  • Preparation of commission contracts,
  • Communicate for orientations and make appointments and follow up,
  • Responsible for Whatsapp groups communications and daily updates,
  • CILS management

HUMAN RECOURSE SUPPORT:

  • Attendance Record,
  • Ensure company policy and procedures compliance,
  • Keep and update employees hiring Data (personnel)
  • Support for the Recruitment process and interview schedule and appointments.

FACILITY MANAGEMENT AND PLATFORMS:

  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for the committee, board, and other meetings,
  • Write the contract and any letters for the sales dept. Or For the General Manager.
  • Documentation, Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including email, File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • CRM support { account creation - programmer contact for updates/problem-solving },
  • Reports preparation
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Dealing with different Marketing channels, Social media, website, whats APP, OLX,
  • Make the ads on Property finder, Olx, etc...

OTHER :

  • Greeting Visitors and Clients and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.

Job Requirements

  • Background in real estate field is preferable
  • Experience 3+ Years
  • Age not more than 32 years old
  • Car Owner
  • Not Veiled
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • English (Excellent Or fluent)

  • Home location (New Cairo , Heliopolis, Nasr City or Maadi)
