Logistics:
- Planning and managing transportation, documentation and clearance and other shipment and deliveries related to customer services. Directing and coordinating full order cycle.
- Control of full delivery management from (Transportations, documentations, customs, clearance, and time of deliveries.
- Proper filing of Bill of Entry and Exit Bill
- Container Entry and Exit Clearance and documentation.
- Management of Customs Stock properly and accurately
- Assignment of transportation to designated delivery and location with proper coordination.
- Ensure to avoid delay of deliveries
- Record of transportation company and prices
- Contacts of transportations.
- Negotiating the transport price with the transport company.
- Arranging transportation / Bulker for all deliveries.
- Handling Custom Clearance for both Import and Export.
- Negotiating prices with shipping lines both Import and Export Shipment
- Facing all custom problems in order to bring all materials in and out smoothly.
