Job Description
- Manage all the programs tools, technique and quality assurance/quality improvement measures to ensure quality of courses provided to GB Auto employees.
- Work with outside vendors and consultants to customize training programs and learning events to meet priority needs across the business.
- Build relationships with internal and external communication partners for employer branding activities like employment fairs, summer internships and graduation projects sponsorship.
- Research market for required development programs pertaining development career plans and widens the network of training and development providers in Egypt.
- Manage all the career development program’s design and implementation plans.
- Coordinate with internal concerned parties – HRBPs, BU Heads, etc. – on defining hi-pots in the different BUs and on following up on the implementation of IDPs.
- Develop subordinates and ensure successful knowledge transfer
Job Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Talent Management & OD.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MBA is preferable.
- Additional studies in HR is a must, Certified Assessors are preferable.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and Analytical.
- Experienced in managing people.
