Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Development, recruitment, designing internal policies, payroll management, and all HR key functions.

  • Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

  • Managing & coordinating all recruitment activities initially from Job announcement to providing job offer, orientation, and on-boarding program.

  • Developing, implementing and reviewing internal operational policies and procedures.

  • Handling all the technical department’s KPI's & performance evaluation.

  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

  • Maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

  • Ensuring successful planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employees issues; counseling employees and supervisors.

  • Maintaining organization's staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

  • Providing training to all new and current employees that align with mission & business strategy.

  • Develop TNA for all departments and employees and develop the necessary training plan

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR in Egypt in a similar role

  • Company Industry: Medical Devices & Pharma

  • Location: based Alexandria

Skills:

  • Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Search Engine, E-mail, PowerPoint) and language (Arabic and English "written & spoken").

  • Very good communication/presentation skills.

Abilities:

  • Problem solving skills.

  • Able to work effectively and efficiently with others.

  • Ability to work under stress.
