Structure Design Engineer

Main Job Duties:

• Model precast concrete multi-family, parking and mixed-use structures in Revit
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and building systems designers to develop the model of the structure
• Analyze shop drawings to prepare time, cost, and material estimates for projects.
• Model precast concrete multi-family, parking and mixed-use structures in Revit
• Obtain different price offers for construction materials needed to decide on the best price that will achieve cost effectiveness..
• Prepare time schedules for each phase in the construction project.
• Implement all electrical works according to drawings and specifications.
