Job Description
- Direct the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and end-to-end operational objectives of the group.
- Manage the hiring, staffing, training, and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
- Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
- Focus on influencing and delivering a positive customer experience according to RSA standards and vision.
- Improve sales processes and operational effectiveness.
- Interact with cross-functional groups to solve business and customer issues.
- Analyze and determine the best use of resources ability to stand up/roll out new services.
- Help define service, create/enforce SLAs and define key skill set requirements.
- Provide guidance and strategy on customer or order problems and deliver solutions.
- Manage business level metrics.
Job Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Preferably 3+ years of managerial/leadership experience.
- Cross-Functional skill and ability to work in a diversified environment.
- US Based working hours.
Desirable Requirements:
- Partner/vendor management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma/LEAN (industry) activity.
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- PMP/Prince knowledge or certification.
