Job Description
Develops and maintains productive long-term relationship with customers, by understanding their business needs and requirement by maintaining the following :
- Build, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by the tight deadlines and honest commitment.
- Follow up on requested quotations.
- Execute the company sales activities, plans, and procedures
- Attend daily to customers and follow-up to close leads
- Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely customer payment schedules (collections)
- Monitor and report on market trends, potential projects, and competitor activity.
- Responsible to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote the company services to existing customers as well as identifying and adding new customers to his list
- Identifying customer needs and recommend the appropriate services
- Maintain an up-to-date account profile of all customers/prospects
- Represent and negotiating on behalf of the company with key customers
- Develop presentation, reports, and proposals as part of sales tools to illustrate benefits from the use of our company services.
- Study, prepare and administrate sales offers and contracts.
- Follow-up and problem solving with customer.
Job Requirements
- The applicant should have 1- 2 years experience
- Experience in digital marketing and advertising companies is preferable.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Saudi transferable iqama is a must
- Valid driving license, own car is preferred.
- Self-motivated, sales-oriented and result-driven with knowledge of customer relationship management and a strong drive to achieve sales target.
- Proven sales track record in achieving results within the target field.
- Riyadh province experience is a must.
