Job Description
- Responsible for taking attendance for all sessions
- Responsible for creating a community between members, know their names and follow up on their needs and complaints
- Responsible for payments and follow up on memberships
- Responsible for follow up calls on current customers
- Responsible for calling new and current clients to improve sign up
- Responsible for following up on cleaning staff
- Responsible for following up on equipment maintenance
- Responsible for any task assigned by customer service manager or general manager to support
Job Requirements
- Very good command of English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Maximum age 30.
- Good computer skills (word,excel, power point ).
