Job Description

  • Responsible for taking attendance for all sessions
  • Responsible for creating a community between members, know their names and follow up on their needs and complaints
  • Responsible for payments and follow up on memberships
  • Responsible for follow up calls on current customers
  • Responsible for calling new and current clients to improve sign up
  • Responsible for following up on cleaning staff
  • Responsible for following up on equipment maintenance
  • Responsible for any task assigned by customer service manager or general manager to support

Job Requirements

  • Very good command of English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Maximum age 30.
  • Good computer skills (word,excel, power point ).
