Job Description
- Perform running maintenance on a fleet of metro train, maintenance instructions from Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS)
- Perform unscheduled repairs on the metro train including Mechanical repairs
- Verify that all defects, tasks, and /or incidents have been reported and documented in (MMIS) for compliance, issue tracking, and closure
- Interact with the leadership as needed on all site issues, systems, and related facility operations
- Conduct employee on-boarding
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Collect Attendance Data and report to management
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Organize and maintain personnel records
Job Requirements
- 0~2 years of experience
- Environment-related to mechanical work.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important Tasks
- Fluent English is a Must.
- Fresh Graduates are highly welcomed (Mechanical Engineering graduate is a must )
