Job Description
Inspector cv will subject to be reviewed by the customer HSE department. An interview & assessment will be held to the candidates to select the appropriate competent inspector as he will be certified from an international organization as scaffolding inspector have construction industry training board (CITB) /construction industry scaffolders record scheme (CISRS)/ Scaffolder training institute (STI) and has scaffolding supervisor certificate with registration NO# from a reputed institute, the roles and responsibilities shall be as follow :
- Accurately defines the scope of the access requirements by making a site survey with performing supervisors to ensure the structure is fit for purpose on erection.
- Issue a PTW, Attending the PTW to discuss the required scaffold activity.
- Make scaffold drawing and design reflecting the erection or dismantle plan.
- Identify the number of scaffolders required for an erection or dismantle the scaffold
- Full supervision all the time during erection and dismantle any scaffolding.
- Sumit scaffold activity report to HSE and PMT department on a daily basis maximum.
- Inspection for upcoming scaffold material outside the main gates as P-working at hight and access procedure.
- Examine the upcoming contractor scaffolder on practical assessment.
- Ensure the supplementary controls in PTW are applied at the work location and signed off at HITRA as SPA.
- Ensure that sufficient materials are readily available to complete the work scope.
- Inspect all types of scaffolding and approve the green card
