Job Description
The consultant will perform the following tasks:
- Propose a robust methodology of assessing the current Government Program Performance Monitoring System.
- Take part in meetings and workshops with MESR, MPED and other partners as needed.
- Advice the working group on the Government Program Performance Monitoring System in data correction and system improvement needs.
- Submit monthly progress reports on activities implemented
Job Requirements
- PhD in economics or statistics
- Advanced knowledge in statistical software packages
- Leading research related to Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the field of economic research with special focus on composing economic and social indices.
- Demonstrated contribution into setting M&E systems for governmental or public expenditure programs is an asset.
