Job Description
- Prepare comparative statement for purchasing new Equipment.
- Follow up and update status for Equipment requests.
- Make Maintenance service details for each Equipment.
- Update list of Owned equipment location.
- Follow up and Record all Equipment inspection report (sending & receiving & periodically).
- Collect monthly all rental Equipment (subcontractor) invoices and record.
- Technical Support.
- Prepare next year Budget for Capital Expenditures and operating expenses budget planed.
- Prepare Major Repair schedule and cost.
- Analyze and make monthly report for all Equipment Repairs Cost
- Prepare JV Agreements and requirements.
- Propose study for rental Equipment replacement by purchase new equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Very good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) AutoCAD.
- 10 ‐12 years of experience in construction companies
- Very good command of English Language.
- Experience for Construction Equipment management system, technical specs, repair, Maintenance, selection of suitable Equipment
- Verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external.
