Job Description
- Developing and maintaining detailed product schedules
- Monitoring cost and commitment through requisition and invoice review
- Monthly Actual cost analysis
- Monthly Analysis Report for Productivity
- Cost report and actual cost reporting monthly.
- Implement of cash in Vs. Cash out per quarter “ Cash Flow ”
- Reporting deviation in project budget
- Disseminate budget information to all operating groups, providing clarification and additional information where required.
- Study project expenses by trade and compare it to budget in each project.
- Handle related special assignments if required.
- Study project file and prepare the required analysis and breakdowns.
- Prepare the provision and analysis of any costs related to claims.
Job Requirements
- Bachler’s degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering.
- From 2 to 4 Years of Experience
- At least 1 years of experience working as cost control & planning.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills,
- Team spirited.
