Job Description

About the Job

  • To assist in the development of the marketing plan for the brand(s), and get exposed to the proposed strategies that will enable the achievement of market share, volume and profit objectives.
  • To consistently ensure that the marketing mix of the brand(s) is directed towards the regular elevation of the consumer brand equity.

To collect, report and analyze periodical data from the market relevant to market trends and trade channels and norms. This also involves market intelligence and consistent competitive monitoring, related to brands, prices, activities and so on, such as:

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Shape and communicate our brand values.
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage a team of brand executes to execute tactical moves.
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Fully comprehend our product portfolio to provide analysis product mix as well as monitor product performance
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration (Marketing Major).
  • MBA Study is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the marketing field.
  • Expected to have expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics) .
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic Language
  • Excellent project management skills to manage own project and tasks
  • High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
  • Working knowledge of the principles of sales and marketing management
  • Excellent project management skills to manage own project and tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
