Job Description
- Formal instructional design soft skills, professional development for training program preferred,
- Proven experience with concepts, and standards of training material
- Proven experience planning and designing instructional materials through the instructional design process
- Experience working with content in the areas of Business, Leadership, and Professional Development; Interpersonal Skills; Technical Business Skills; etc
- PC and MS Windows literate; search engines, and other computer utilities and tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced work environment highly beneficial
- High level of technical competence (ability to quickly and efficiently master proprietary and off-the-shelf systems, tools, and processes)
- Fluent writing & speaking English & Arabic languages
- Ability to adhere to schedules, handle overlapping tasks and meet deadlines without sacrificing product quality
- Ability to actualize instructional design and learning principles into effective learning
- Ability to think visually and express those visuals in words; familiarity with graphic design elements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as listening/observation skills
- Ability to work independently and with all stackholders
- Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail
