Job Description
- Responsible for setting objective for the whole department.
- Plan and manage facility services such as Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Security, and Hospitality.
- Control and manage health and safety standards , responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet health and safety standards.
- Managing risks to facilities and personnel.
- Initiate projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design necessary preventive and remedial plans for replacements and repairs
- Generate and present regular reports , analyze data for the management and take actions to increase productivity
- Follow up scheduling necessary maintenance and management tasks during the times that disrupt the business and its employees.
- Ensure that all staff are well trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.
- Evaluate and review performance regarding to staff department.
Job Requirements
In addition to managerial and supervisory skills, we hope to have the following criteria
- At least three years of experience as facility manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management or any related field.
