Job Description
- Manage and develop operations of the Technical Support functions.
- Implement training and give the vision for new training plans on a monthly basis.
- Analysis of operations KPI such as (TAT, LTR, CRR, and RRR).
- Implementing Technical Audits, maintenance and periodic examination for service staff.
- Handle all the VOC complaints and technical issues raised and/or escalated either from SC.
- Improve the overall repair process KPIs to achieve and match the vendor standard.
- Follow, order and distribute all the repair tools requested for all the repair centers.
Job Requirements
- Males Only.
- High follow up and organizational skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in both soft & hardware support
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of Arabic and English (written, orally).
- Good computer skills (esp. MS Office applications).
