Job Description
Manage and Supervise the service center team members with the necessary support to conduct maintenance ,repair and installation process for the company products.
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Service Center
- Elaborate and implement the strategies for the development of the Service Center
- Develop installation & maintenance procedures and ensure the implementation.
- manage the support team.
- Push initiatives to develop the Support Service.
- Work closely with the Support Team to put in place effective Service Operations Processes.
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure high levels of support are maintained.
- Act as a point of escalation for the Client.
- Report regularly to the direct manager all the work activities.
- Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all service arrangements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of engineering, Preferred Electronics
- 5+ Years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Powerpoint).
- Good Command of Arabic & English language skills.
