Job Description

Manage and Supervise the service center team members with the necessary support to conduct maintenance ,repair and installation process for the company products.

  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Service Center
  • Elaborate and implement the strategies for the development of the Service Center
  • Develop installation & maintenance procedures and ensure the implementation.
  • manage the support team.
  • Push initiatives to develop the Support Service.
  • Work closely with the Support Team to put in place effective Service Operations Processes.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure high levels of support are maintained.
  • Act as a point of escalation for the Client.
  • Report regularly to the direct manager all the work activities.
  • Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all service arrangements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of engineering, Preferred Electronics
  • 5+ Years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Powerpoint).
  • Good Command of Arabic & English language skills.
