Job Description
Job Objective: Responsible for all of the business operations of the lounge establishment.
- Overseeing the health, safety and security of both guests and employees.
- Maintain a working knowledge, and ensure compliance with, all requirements regarding all food and beverage operations.
- Help develop, implement and continually improve service standards.
- Effectively ensure hygiene of all team members (ie. uniforms, grooming, etc.).
- Consistently demonstrate to guests and team members a commitment to service excellence through the effective implementation of Catering values.
- Motivate and engage team members to consistently deliver the best possible to service to guests at all times.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings and other team member meetings as required.
- Resolve guest concerns/issues efficiently and courteously to prevent a reoccurrence and ensure guest will become a repeat customer.
- Morning, evenings and weekend work is required.
- All other duties as assigned that will assist and support the mandate of Ahlein Lounge and its ongoing success.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 Years of Experience in a similar position
- Very Good- Excellent Command of English
