About the Job

    • Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the Executive Office, association’s general departments and reporting to Executive Office Manager.
    • Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office

    Responsibilities

    • Handle daily administration works such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
    • Write and distribute correspondence letters, faxes and forms
    • Maintain contact lists
    • Take minutes of meetings
    • Develop and maintain computer and manual filing systems
    • Handle requests and queries
    • Assist in office activities to secure operations efficiency.
    • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
    • Receive, sort and distribute the mails
    • Provide general support to visitors
    • Answer telephone calls and pass them on

    Job Requirements

    • We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
    • The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to organize work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment and should also have previous experience as a Secretary or administrative assistant

    Education:

    • Bachelor degree

    Computer Skills

    • Excellent use of Microsoft office
    • Familiar with data base engines and tools

    Languages:

    • Advanced English (Business English)
