Planning process:
I. Organization development process:
- Meets biomedical financial objectives by forecasting medical equipment requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Organizing and planning the annual preventive maintenance plan for the medical equipment.
- Organizing a group meeting with the heads of medical services, Supply chain, Medical Director to discuss the cycle of equipment purchasing and update the status of the medical equipment.
Operation excellence process:
II. performance management system:
- Attend the Daily operational meeting in which he/her will update the Operational team with the progress on the opened cases, new findings and his/her recommendations.
- Prepare the below reports and acknowledging the medical and operational manager with the daily progress :
- Daily the equipment breakdown report
- Weekly checklist regarding the preventive maintenance.
- Monthly report concerning the PMS.
- The spare part report
- The monthly scrap report
- The monthly training plan for the medical staff.
- Providing the technical consultation regarding the purchasing proposals, sustaining and renewing suppliers' contracts.
- Check on the warranty contracts and providing the technical consultation.
- Examine and assessing the new equipment to approve their usage.
- Follow up on the outdoors maintenance of the equipment.

- Authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline and discharges besides administering all other personnel actions.
- Prepare work schedules and workload statistics; maintain an appropriate staffing level to ensure that the service and responsibilities of the department are provided in a timely and quality manner plus Ensuring that Over Time does not exceed budget.
