Job Description

  • Provide regular assistance to the Head of Service through scheduling meetings, managing emails, and other clerical duties;
  • Responsible for coordinating all administrative aspects of Mantrac's service department;
  • Monitor departmental expenses and develop budget consumption reports;
  • Monitor service manpower structure and ensure alignment with Human Resources;
  • Follow up on the implementation of administrative action plans;
  • Follow up on the processing of maintenance job approvals and deliveries;
  • Manage communication and workflow of service administrators in different locations and sits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Very good English language proficiency
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Communication Skills
  • Business Writing Skills
  • Time Management and Organizational Skills
  • Cairo Residence is a MUST.
