Job Description
- Provide regular assistance to the Head of Service through scheduling meetings, managing emails, and other clerical duties;
- Responsible for coordinating all administrative aspects of Mantrac's service department;
- Monitor departmental expenses and develop budget consumption reports;
- Monitor service manpower structure and ensure alignment with Human Resources;
- Follow up on the implementation of administrative action plans;
- Follow up on the processing of maintenance job approvals and deliveries;
- Manage communication and workflow of service administrators in different locations and sits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Very good English language proficiency
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Communication Skills
- Business Writing Skills
- Time Management and Organizational Skills
- Cairo Residence is a MUST.
