Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to the end.
- Control changes to the project scope, schedule & budget using appropriate verification techniques (risk analysis).
- Monitor project updates & Provide progress reports and make adjustments as needed.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members
Job Requirements
- 6-8 years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
- At least one-year experience in renewable energy or solar PV.
- Bachelor degree in electrical engineering.
Skills:
- Good Command of English (writing & speaking).
- Excellent Decision-Making & leadership capabilities.
- Strong management and multitasking ability.
- Time managements & organizational skills.
- Ability to work in teams and lead a project.
- Strong command over verbal and written communication.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
