Job Description
Sales:
- Responsible for client development and maintenance in Egypt, providing customers with integrated mobile Internet marketing solutions, and responsible for customer advertising on the Hippo ad platform
- Understand the advertising market in Egypt and relevant data
- Actively coordinate and communicate with superior leaders, and be responsible for the achievement of regional sales targets and sales results during the set period
- Establish in-depth cooperation with enterprises to solve various problems and challenges in the service process
- Prepare sales advertising related plans and submit them to superior leaders
- Organize subordinates to sign, perform and manage sales contracts, and supervise sales staff to collect collections of accounts receivable
Customer service and market research:
- Regular and quantitative client visits and return visits to form a good cooperative relationship with clients, collect front-line product information and opinions, and expand new customer resources
- Organize departmental and competitor product sales surveys in the market, integrate customer feedback, organize market research and analysis, market opportunity development and partner development
- Write a market survey report and submit it to HQ for review
Team management:
- Responsible for the management of the Egypt sales team and complete the establishment of the Egypt sales team
- Organize the preparation of departmental annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and sales expense budgets, and supervise the implementation
- Authorizes assigned work to direct reports, supervises and supports sales staff to complete sales plan
- Formulate relevant management systems of the department and supervise and inspect the implementation of subordinates
- Strictly abide by the company's attendance and other rules and regulations, play a leading role
- Weekly work summary is submitted to headquarters on time
- Responsible for the necessary training of sales staff, do a good job of educating and retaining the team, and establish a united and efficient sales team
- Complete other daily tasks arranged by superior leaders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in advertising industry
- Excellent command of English and Arabic Language
- Excellent project management skills to manage own project and tasks
- High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
- Working knowledge of the principles of sales and marketing management

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
