Sales Audit Specialist - Mansoura

Job Overview :

Maintain company’s rights through review and monitor the roles of each individual at the sales team related to the distributors or branches

Make sure the application of the company’s sales policies and procedures within the distributes and branches.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Making Inventory Check in Distributors Warehouses, Cars
• Check cash at safe in distributors and compare it with records
• Monitoring execution of Monthly Promotions Campaigns and contests as well .
• Monitoring the monthly expenses compared to Planned budget.
• Review Customer’s Credit Limits and periods in Branches and Distribution Agents.
• Making regular Market visits to check Credit Balances and the application of the Company’s Sales Policies in the Market .
• Reviewing and confirming the Distribution Agent’s Balances Sheet.
• Checking the accuracy of data included in the Investment Formula.
• Support Distributors Accountants in solving all issues that may face them in their daily assignments .
• Training the new accountants to guarantee that all Invoices and Discounts are entered Correctly and make sure that all accountants are aware with type of their roles and assignments.
• Check Inventory Conditions according to Expiration dates compared to Stocks which being sent weekly from the accountants.
• Follow up on the issues that were mentioned in the last Audit Report to make sure that it wouldn’t happen again.
• Check Cash Collections according to Invoice type compared to actual deposited in the treasury .
• Check the application of return Policies
• Check the return invoices compared to the original sales invoices Prices and Discounts.
• Monitoring the unusual transactions on system (high Values of returns or new Customers with high Value of sales)
• Make sure that all Customers data on Company’s System are right .
• Comparing all Actual documents to the inputs in Company’s System.
