Job Description

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Greet visitors, answer questions and/or refer them to appropriate staff
  • Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate staff and take messages as required
  • Typing/word processing and filing
  • Maintain office supplies and forms inventory
  • Maintain a neat and clean environment in the reception and office area

Job Requirements

Qualifications Desired:

  • Experience working as secretary/receptionist is an asset, but not required
  • Good organization skills, able to follow through on assigned duties independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
  • Professional integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality is essential
  • Females preferred
