Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Greet visitors, answer questions and/or refer them to appropriate staff
- Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate staff and take messages as required
- Typing/word processing and filing
- Maintain office supplies and forms inventory
- Maintain a neat and clean environment in the reception and office area
Job Requirements
Qualifications Desired:
- Experience working as secretary/receptionist is an asset, but not required
- Good organization skills, able to follow through on assigned duties independently
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
- Professional integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality is essential
- Females preferred
