Job Description
- Be responsible for managing the Finishing Department, Finishing Processes, and employees according to standards expected by the Employer.
- Take expected effort too; ensure that; targets and achieved,work towards achieving goals implement and ensure changes are maintained as well as building the expected Company culture.
- Ensure that expected production and performance is achieved as well as address concerns in this regard.
- Continually improve and develop processes, department as well as Company as a whole.
- Ensure expected health and safety as well as compliance including addressing concerns in this regard.
- Resolve problems including technical, process, production, fabric and quality related issues.
- Manage costs and efforts to maintain and reduce costs in the Finishing department and Company.
- Develop and train all people.
- Also liaise with and visit customers as well as suppliers.
- The employee states that he has a valid driver's licence and states that he is able and willing to drive on all roads including driving Company vehicles.
- Develop, write, modify, implement and maintain systems and processes.
- Ensure machinery and equipment is maintained as well as optimized according to expected standards including improving maintenance in the Finishing Department.
- Measure performance of department, employees and finishing processes as well as address concerns, undertake actions to continuously improve performance and measurements.
- The Employee agrees to undertake all other duties and responsibilities requested by the Employer.
