Job Description
Will act as a strategic partner with the business in advising, coaching and mentoring management and the HR team on people related issues.
- Ensure business objectives are aligned with employees and management in the business unit by acting as a single point of contact for both employees & management and provide support to talent management, employee relations, administration & Office services.
- Review and analyze department level data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Assist in the performance review & appraisal process.
- Identifying needs/problems of employees through formal/ informal channels and work to address them.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in an industrial organizations/Manufacturing/ Heavy Equipment.
- New Cairo & Downtown Residence.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent IT Skills.
- location is in Downtown then premises will move to be in New Cairo
