Job Description

We are looking for a Projects Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily Project procedures.

A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact between the company and its projects.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, we’d like to meet you.

your Responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Manage project’s supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on project’s expenses.
  • Maintain and update project databases
  • Organize a filing system for important project’s documents
  • Answer queries by employees.
  • Update project policies as needed
  • Maintain a project calendar.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Manage project’s transportation and accommodations

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Projects Administrative Officer Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role in the construction field.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel & MS Word
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • BS degree.
