Job Description
We are looking for a Projects Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily Project procedures.
A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact between the company and its projects.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, we’d like to meet you.
your Responsibilities will be as follows:
- Manage project’s supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on project’s expenses.
- Maintain and update project databases
- Organize a filing system for important project’s documents
- Answer queries by employees.
- Update project policies as needed
- Maintain a project calendar.
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Manage project’s transportation and accommodations
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Projects Administrative Officer Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role in the construction field.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel & MS Word
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- BS degree.
