Job Description
- Administrative Management and Control of Operating and Technical Staff for all shifts on Production Lines, including Operators, Technicians, Line-Leaders, Admin. Controllers, etc.
- Planning and handling vacation permits, leaves, inter-staff investigations, daily and monthly incomes.
- Creating and conducting Annual, Semi-Annual, Quarter-Annual, Monthly, and Daily Performance Appraisals.
- Fashioning Work Instruction documents for the Operators.
