Job Description
- Handling tailor-made requests.
- Preparing quotations and itineraries.
- Handling inbound holiday packages for individuals and groups.
- Making arrangements for tickets, transportation, accommodation, tours and activities in Egypt.
- Interact with clients over the phone, email or social media channels.
- Handling invoices and issuing of vouchers.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints and make alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues.
- Evaluating customers’ holidays, issuing appropriate feedback form and assuring the client's satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience.
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Hard worker and ambitious.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good in negotiation.
