Job Description
- Overseeing the fulfilment of customer specific requirements
- Investigate customer complaints and take appropriate corrective actions with relevant departments to prevent repeat complaints
- Implementation of the internal audit plan on the quality system and the environment and occupational health and safety and update the management systems documents
- Investigate the opinion of clients of the Group companies and take corrective measures to raise the level of customer satisfaction
- Implementation of the audit plan on suppliers of companies in the group
- Visits and inspections of customers
- Participate in the training and awareness of workers to achieve the objectives of quality and continuous improvement
- Innovation and creation of opportunities for improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing companies is highly preferred
- Knowledge of modern concepts of total quality Management
- Knowledge of requirements of ISO 9001-2015 for quality system
- Knowledge of requirements of ISO 14001-2015 for environmental management system
- Knowledge of requirements of ISO 45001 for occupational safety and health system
- Internal Auditor in the Quality Management System ISO 9001-2015
- Internal auditor in the environmental management system ISO 14001-2015
- Strength of personality and seriousness in the performance of reviews
- Flexibility and capacity in discussions and dialogues with colleagues
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to analyze problems to find out the root causes of occurrence and prevent recurrence
- Excellent English & computer skills
