Job Description
- Search and seek opportunities through sales visits.
- Responsible for registration update in oil & gas, and water & waste water sectors.
- Arrange sales meetings / appointment between Sahara Group and clients.
- Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
- Follow up on orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes.
- Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
- Covering oil and gas, and water and waste water sectors in terms of projects, service, and training.
- Assist with other duties assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in the sales.
- At least basic knowledge of SCADA and PLC systems
- Basic knowledge of Allen Bradley (RA) / ABB automation systems is a plus.
- Previous sales experience.
- Must be committed.
- To travel internally inside Egypt most of time.
- Cover his assigned tasks on time.
- Ability to perform sales visits 4 days/week.
- Good information about Oil & Gas sector and projects as well as water and wastewater sector.
- Basic knowledge of electrical sector in Africa is a plus.
