Job Description

  • Search and seek opportunities through sales visits.
  • Responsible for registration update in oil & gas, and water & waste water sectors.
  • Arrange sales meetings / appointment between Sahara Group and clients.
  • Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Follow up on orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes.
  • Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
  • Covering oil and gas, and water and waste water sectors in terms of projects, service, and training.
  • Assist with other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in the sales.
  • At least basic knowledge of SCADA and PLC systems
  • Basic knowledge of Allen Bradley (RA) / ABB automation systems is a plus.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Must be committed.
  • To travel internally inside Egypt most of time.
  • Cover his assigned tasks on time.
  • Ability to perform sales visits 4 days/week.
  • Good information about Oil & Gas sector and projects as well as water and wastewater sector.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical sector in Africa is a plus.
