Job Description
- Achieve business objectives by meeting quantity targets for all films for assigned customers.
- Get a better price than minimum prices fixed and finalize by Marketing Head.
- Ensure pricing based on product/service differentiation, not market-driven, develop networking with customers.
- Ensure Quality in Service, Documentation, Presentation and product Quality, develop the team to ensure the same by providing support and resources.
- Resolve complaint/issue within 24 hours and ensure Complaint closure – within 10 days from assigned customers.
- Track LDS and ensure supplies made within LDS for assigned customers, to coordinate with Sales and Planning Officer for production of urgent / delayed orders.
- Develop and promote market for new innovative products – TST, IST, Gold etc…
- Get premium in price on innovative products, check before commitment to customers – Feasibility, available slots, and availability in other factories.
- Ensure successful trials and first three bulk supplies with close supervision.
- Ensure customer visits on regular basis, manage inventory.
- Meet Company Financial Objective with Zero overdue and arrange PDC collection within 10 days, No deduction in Invoice,
- Follow Credit policy for assigned customers.
- Provide support and coordinate with all Functional Heads along with Customers.
- Provide direction to team and ensure effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar Industry
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised
- Excellent time and project management
- Flexible and adaptable
