Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Answer inquiries and provide information to the customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOUNTABILITY :

  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle callers & re-divert calls as appropriate and take adequate message when required when other staff is not able to answer call.
  • Greet persons entering company, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
  • Scheduling meeting room reservation.
  • File and maintain records.
  • Perform administrative support tasks as directed by HRBP
  • Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
  • Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
  • Perform duties, such as taking care of plants or straightening magazines to maintain lobby or reception area.

Job Requirements

  • High school degree or above
  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Good English & Arabic communication skills
  • Computer Skills, MS Office (Word, Excel
  • Saudi National
