Job Description
- Works to satisfy customers’ needs and requests
- Respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks by knocking doors or phone calls.
- Approaching all exhibition participants for booth sales target.
- Submit and present tenders and proposals to clients.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication and meetings.
- Make regular visits to work sites making the efficient supervision on the job quality and workers performance.
- Provide after-sales support to retain customers and Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries.
- Assist in finding new suppliers with competitive costs.
- Reporting to MD on the status of accounts
- Negotiate with suppliers and print houses for best quality and best price.
- Monitor work performance of colleagues and taking corrective actions.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is required
- Bachelor in marketing is preferred.
- Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
- Ultimately, should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationship.
- English language proficiency.
