Job Description
- Troubleshoot any hardware/software issues at users’ end.
- Follow up on the daily operations with technical support team.
- Communicate with concerned functions any technical issues/announcements
- Manage the inventory of devices (i.e. printers, handhelds, PCs, scanners..etc)
- Coordinate with other IT divisions the implementation of projects. (software/hardware)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering or information systems.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in technical support.
- Proper administrative knowledge of the Windows operating system.
- CCNA / MCSA / MCITP /A+ / ITIL foundation.
- Previous experience in SAP is preferred.
