Job Description
- Our firm is looking for a professional candidate to fill the role of Marketing Manager
- The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs.
- The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media
- Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
- Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
- Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
- Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to the senior management team
- Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content and creative for marketing projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation
- Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye to Identify and improve current processes when needed
- Create, maintain, and distribute monthly marketing reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
- Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach the target audience through identified channels
- Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels
Job Requirements
Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
- 15+ years’ experience in a marketing role
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
