Job Description

  • Our firm is looking for a professional candidate to fill the role of Marketing Manager
  • The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs.
  • The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media
  • Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
  • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to the senior management team
  • Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content and creative for marketing projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation
  • Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye to Identify and improve current processes when needed
  • Create, maintain, and distribute monthly marketing reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
  • Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach the target audience through identified channels
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels

Job Requirements

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
  • 15+ years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
