Job Description
- Responsible for planning and preparing the executive programs for procurement that ultimately aim to achieve the main goals of the institution
- Responsible for planning for the provision of needs through the company's approved suppliers who are registered, evaluated and approved
- Responsible for issuing a record of registration for suppliers clarifying all supplier data and permanent search for new suppliers to reach the lowest prices, which ultimately is in the interest of the institution
- Responsible for verifying the supplier's capabilities to fulfill the requirements of purchase orders, requests for quotations and materials survey prior to its approval
- Training personnel working in the purchasing department on their work and transferring their expertise to them so that they are qualified to take his place in the event of vacancy
- To suggest improvement, remedial and preventive measures that would improve the performance of work in its administration
- Submit a periodic report (weekly / monthly ...) to explain what has been accomplished and what has been postponed with an explanation of the reason
- The Procurement Manager is responsible for maintaining all records of quality models for making purchases and all his work subject to internal review
Job Requirements
