Job Description

MAINTENANCE SERVICE – Organize the timely resolution of all Customer Maintenance Service requests, for the startup, commissioning and/or maintenance of commercial / industrial AC units in his respective region / area to ensure compliance with Coolcare & Brand Service Standards.

CUSTOMER SERVICE – Organize the effective and efficient delivery of service to its customers consistently in order to ensure utmost the customer satisfaction in line with Corporate Core Values.

FLEET / RESOURCE MANAGEMENT – Manage the utilization of the assigned fleet of vehicles, tools and equipments, including its maintenance and upkeep, in order to facilitate a smooth and uninterrupted flow of service to the teams.

SAFETY & HEALTH STANDARDS – Supervise the team in complying to the Safety & Health Standards, defined by the organization and customers, in order to minimize or prevent accidents and loss of company property, assets and life.

TECHNICAL FEEDBACK REPORT – Compile and prepare defined relevant accurate reports for timely submission to the Department Head’s office in order to serve as reference tool in future management decisions.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT - Lead and motivate the assigned MCD staff towards Team development and exemplary performance in order to maximize productivity and harmony.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, specializing in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a large HVAC manufacturing / servicing with at least 2 years experience in a supervisory role.
  • Prior experience in a relevant industry in any Gulf Country will be a definite advantage.
  • Proven experience in Chiller & other Industrial HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance.
  • Preferably with a Driver’s License.
  • Good communication skills in English (and preferably Arabic) language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
  • Results oriented and having a good Customer Service Orientation.
