Job Description
- SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT – Achieve the defined Sales Target in order to maintain sustainability and growth of the business in a competitive market.
- PROFIT MARGIN ACHIEVEMENT – Achieve the Profit Margin percentage, as agreed upon by the Project Sales Manager, in order to ensure the continuous profitability of the business is achieved within the Company’s Standards and Core Values.
- NEW BUSINESS – Evaluate and acquire new clients / customers which shall supplement in the achievement of the Sales Target and ensure development and growth of the business products and services in the market.
- CONTRACTS AGAINST OFFER – Deliver the required ratio between actual contract signing against offers made as defined by the Business Development Manager in order to ensure the efficient focus of time and effort to those having the highest probability in sales agreement
- CUSTOMER SATISFACTION – Monitor and document Customer’s satisfaction towards the business in order to ensure the timely communication to the management for reference and future decision making.
Job Requirements
- A Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Design and Estimation and sales work.
- With knowledge and exposure in EPC, HVAC projects and retrofitting.
- Preferably with a valid Driver’s License in GCC countries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and ERP Systems.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Analytical and have a good Attention to Details.
- Good Customer Service Skills.
- Good Networking and presentation skills.
