Job Description
HVAC SYSTEMS DESIGN – Calculate and design the HVAC equipment system, based on the provided details / information of the customer, in order to provide the optimal configuration of the system to be installed to the given detailed structure.
SALES QUOTATIONS – Prepare the Sales Quotation based on the designed equipment / system and calculate the price / charge to be made in order to maximize profit within a reasonable level.
EQUIPMENT PRODUCTION – Initiate the production processing of the agreed product equipment, upon receipt of the Purchase Order / Letter of Intent, in order to timely start the production of the required equipments.
EQUIPMENT DEVIATION – Organize the initiation and processing of the deviation request in the design / production of the equipment in order to timely incorporate customer requirements.
COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS – Analyze competitor product designs & cost in order to acquire a realistic assessment which shall serve as reference tool in future submission of quotations / cost analysis.
Job Requirements
- A Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in air conditioning system design and application (i.e. heat load calculation, duct and pipe sizing and design, equipment selection, refrigeration cycle, psychometric chart operation, HVAC system cost estimation). Employment experience with an HVAC consulting firm is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Auto CADD applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
- Results-oriented.
- Confident with strong influencing skills.
- Well presented and businesslike.
