Job Description

ACHIEVEMENT OF SALES QUOTA – Fulfill the Sales Target as defined in the Annual Sales Target in order to ensure Company’s expectation are delivered in line with its Business Plan.

PROFIT MARGIN CONTRIBUTIONS – Achieve the Margin Contribution percentage, as agreed upon with the Regional Sales Manager, in order to ensure the continuous profitability of the business is achieved within the Company’s Standards and Core Values.

ORDER BACKLOG / BALANCE BILLING – Maintain the required level of order backlog as agreed with the Regional Sales Manager, in order to ensure the achievement of the Annual Sales Target in line with the Business Plan.

RECEIVABLES MANAGEMENT – Monitor and control receivables within the defined requirements of the Business Unit in order to minimize suspended proceeds / yield of the business for its utilization towards the continuous operation of the company.

CUSTOMER SERVICE – Provide quality and efficient service to customers in his respective region in order to ensure the required level of customer satisfaction in line with the Company’s Core Values.

Job Requirements

  • A Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a marketing and sales arm of a HVAC product/service organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Auto CADD applications.
  • Working knowledge in commercial air conditioning products, system application and design, heat load calculation, duct piping and design, equipment selection, refrigeration cycle, psychometric chart operation and HVAC system cost estimation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Good Negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented, confident and having strong influencing skills.
