Job Description
- Installation & configuration Solution Manger any release.
- Installation HANA DB any release.
- Installation of SAP ECC and BW
- Install, maintain, configure, and tune SAP environments to ensure integrity, and stability.
- Perform daily administration, monitoring, and system health checks.
- If issues arise, troubleshoot and perform problem analysis and resolution.
- Day to day production system maintenance and support working across infrastructure and application teams.
- Backups, recovery, cloning, data refresh, application security.
- Analyze system logs and performance metrics and conduct workload analysis.
- Recommend and implement improvements in a timely manner to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide support and perform problem resolution during development and maintenance phases of SAP projects.
- Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles to maintain security of the SAP environment.
- Provide support for Disaster Recovery and Disaster Recovery tests.
- Perform OSS Notes updates EHP upgrades, SAP upgrades, add-on deployments, support Pack upgrades, Kernel upgrades and major release upgrades.
- Perform SAP system refreshes, database copies and client copies.
- Configure & Monitor Internet Communication Manager (ICM) and Trace all traffic.
- Report SAP software problems on SAP Service Marketplace & work with SAP to resolve problems.
- Managing backups and restores for HANA DB on SAP Hana Studio.
- Managing and configuring system replication on SAP Hana Studio.
- Managing and monitoring SAP HANA landscape.
- Configuring SAP router.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with Sybase and SQL DB.
- Excellent with Linux / Windows OS.
