Job Description
Wordbee is a successful fast-moving and innovative Internet company. Our award-winning SaaS solution enables corporations to run their translation activities on our platform.
We build web/software solutions to manage human and machine translation activities in a collaborative manner. As part of our product offering, we build connectors to Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Drupal, Wordpress, SiteCore, Adobe AEM, Kentico and many more. We intend to build additional connectors such as for Confluence, Jira, Google Documents, etc...
Role Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Wordbee builds web-based solutions to manage human and machine translation activities in a collaborative manner.
- Our solutions are hosted in Microsoft Azure as well as other data-centers in different geographical locations.
- As part of the dev.Ops team you help maintain and evolve our infrastructure, CI/CD operations, development, and test environments.
- Ensure availability of server infrastructure and related services, through the design, installation/configuration, operation, monitoring and maintenance of Windows and Linux based servers and their software.
- Ensure the security of the data and network (backup, anti-virus, disaster recovery, firewall, …)
- Help analyze and optimize application metrics (Microsoft Application Insights, CDN…)
- Provide second and third-line support to internal staff and end-users.
- Participate in the creation and roll-out of IT operational policies and procedures.
- Closely work with the development team to improve performance bottlenecks.

Technical Requirements
Essentials:
- Microsoft SQL Server: Setup, management, backups, querying.
- Elastic Search: Setup, management, backup, indexes.
- Help improve our CI/CD operations (Gitlab, Jira, Octopus, Testrail, Automation Testing…)
- Understand penetration test results and participate in taking corrective actions.
Plus:
- Up to date with technology trends (KUBERNETES; DOCKER…)
- Ability to build and maintain high-quality documentation.
Personal Competencies:
- Very good English proficiency.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Creative and eager to share your knowledge and ideas.
