Job Description
- The Telemarketing Executive serves as a resource for the vendor, reseller, Sales and Product Management.
- They also liaise with other sales members, vendors, product management teams and management as they are required to resolve basic to moderately complex transactional issues and should be able to navigate through various functions of Ingram Micro.
- This includes sharing of critical business information with customers and service providers where needed to provide speed and performance levels to Ingram Micro customers.
Job Requirements
The Telemarketing Executive must be aware of all promotional vendor programs and assigned customer lists to engage with all pertinent teams and executes the assigned outbound calling activities as per the scope assigned (vendor surveys, greeting new customers, customer profiling, marketing campaign execution, etc.).

Job Qualifications :
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Excellent to fluent English language, both written and spoken is a must
- Advanced professional and effective telephone techniques, and customer care skills.
- Understanding of IT/distribution industry is a plus.
- Previous knowledge of working through the Sales Cycle in a similar organization is strongly recommended
- Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills, also multi-take and flexible to change.
- Perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency.
