Job Description
The Search Consultant is responsible of all the steps required for candidate placement, starting with headhunting, selecting, and recruiting.
Main Duties:
- Headhunting candidates from the banking industry to meet the client’s requirement of open vacancies.
- To market and sell our search services to banks and financial institutions around the gulf region which includes the six GCC countries: Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Kuwait.
- Marketing our search (headhunting) services to clients by securing retained and contingency assignments.
