Job Description
Reporting to: IT manager
Responsibilities and duties:
- Maintain the integrity and reliability of systems.
- Order and install hardware where necessary.
- Support the company’s hardware and software system.
- Reduce waste and improve the efficiency of the system.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest updates in the IT world.
- Work on enhancing and improving the company’s security system.
- Provide technical aspects such as network access, email, web-servers...etc.
- Troubleshooting and resolving system problems, both hardware and software.
- Act as primary connecting point between the Information Technology department and the different departments.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT help desk or Networking support.
- Worked with big software companies or software systems.
Soft and technical skills:
- Teamwork.
- Time management.
- Good communication skills.
- Prioritizes and plans work activities.
- Ability to install, use and support different Software systems.
- Expert in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite hardware and software troubleshooting.
